Progetto: cambiamento e relazioni

PROGETTO

Da Giugno 2009 a ottobre 2015, con un progetto di sostegno e sviluppo emotivo-relazionali, partecipiamo al programma di riorganizzazione della struttura ospedaliera negli ospedali fiorentini di Santa Maria Nuova e di Santa Maria Annunziata.

il progetto ha previsto il supporto organizzativo e operativo al processo di cambiamento organizzativo, con lo scopo di aumentare le competenze emotivo-relazionali degli operatori coinvolti.

Le attività che vengono svolte all’interno di tale progetto sono molteplici: osservazione, ricerca-azione, consulenza nello sviluppo degli eventi informativi, counseling individuale e di gruppo, formazione.

Attualmente si sta cocludendo la prima fase, legata all’osservazione e la ricerca sul campo. Nella fase preliminare è stato svolta una collaborazione con vari servizi volta a migliorare le modalità di informazione relative al cambiamento organizzativo.
